Adult and Children's Choirs

      Temple Baptist Church loves to sing, especially songs about the Savior. Our adult church choir practices on Sundays at  9:00 am and 5:00 pm to present anthems that have a message concerning God and His mercy and grace. We sing believing that God desires to hear the praise of His people.

      Our children's choir, The King's Kids, also meet at these times to practice.

 

Youth Ministries

       Our teens are an important part of our church!  Our teens meet every Sunday at 9:45 am in the Youth Room where Bro. Todd expounds the truth of the Word of God.    The teens also have the opportunity to participate in monthly activities.

 

Children's Ministries
      We have several opportunities to serve at Temple Baptist. One that we take very seriously is the children's ministries. Buses  go out every Sunday and pick up those who need a ride.  We have a graded Sunday School class for those from 3 years old to Hilltoppers (Senior Saints). Sunday School is followed by Jr. Church geared for ages 3  to 5th grade.

      We believe God puts people into the body equipped to serve and we are thankful for those who serve in the children's ministries at Temple.

Ladies Ministries 
      Ladies are an important part of God's plan for the church. We have activities for our ladies to encourage them in their walk with the Lord. One of the ways this is accomplished is monthly meetings on the third Monday at 7:00 pm. This is a time for the Ladies to have fellowship around the Word of God and sometimes even Food! To be an encouragement to one another is our goal.

      Another exciting part of this ministry is the opportunity to host a Ladies Retreat every other year. We host this retreat on the odd numbered years in April. We expect 400-450 ladies each year. Follow the link for more information.

 

Hilltoppers Ministry

     We love our Senior Saints!  The Hilltopper Sunday School class meets in the Main Auditorium at 9:45 am on Sundays.  Bro. Ronald J. Jones takes this time to challenge and encourage the Senior Saints to live for Christ.  The Hilltopper Ladies meet the first Tuesday of each month for a potluck  luncheon and fellowship.  The Hilltoppers also take time to get together periodically for class potlucks and fellowships.

 

Master Clubs
      On Wednesday nights, during the school year, we have a special club just for children from age 3 to 6th grade.
